AT the Saudi Arabia Red Sea coast the planing of a vibrant 5 Million
sqm. coast urban, recreational and environmental dream became
reality. The outstanding development stretches 14 km between
Yanbu al Sinaya and Al Baha and comprises 4 islands and a natural Mangrove habitat.

BETWEEN the Corniche road, the backbone of the development,
and the Red Sea, different zones and activities are placed like
pearls of a necklace. MAIN activities are: Camping and picnic spots,
golf and sport courts, play areas for kids of all ages, marinas,
shopping areas and malls, beaches, different gardens placed














between rolling hills, protected environmental areas, holiday resorts
and hotels, a horticultural exhibition and aqua related activities.
The promenade, flanked with tropical palms, connects all areas of
the waterfront. Active areas are alternating with more calm and
relaxing zones. At night the careful chosen lights are illuminating the
whole project in a fantastic way. At certain locations „water taxis“ will transport visitors to the most interesting spots.
WATER bound activities are concentrated at Aqua island. The
highlight will be the 600 m fishing pier reaching out into the deep
water of the sea. DURING the yearly „Flower Festival“ at Paradise
Island the new Yanbu waterfront is expected to attract
visitors from Saudi Arabiaand abroad.
